Delivery operation day:
Monday – Friday except Public Holidays
Installation for wooden product will be done in homee.my manufacturing plant.
Installation needed for Knocked down/DIY/Boxed item from customer. For this category of item will be tagged and necessary tools will be in form in the product describtions.
If any delivery obstruction(s), we will refund to the customer with the amount after deduction shipping charge(s) + 5% service charge from the total invoiced amount + shipping charge(s) to our warehouse in Sungai Buloh New Village.
1. Unable access through door(s).
2. Unable to contact to the contact person.
3. Cannot fit into elevator/lift multiple level accommodation.
4. Refuse access by resident/township management with any reason(s).
5. Wrong contact/shipping details.
6. Refuse(s) merchandise acceptance
7. Any other cause(s).
homee.my reserves the right to change the delivery date and time should any unforeseen circumstances arise in the midst of delivery. While we endeavour to adhere to scheduled delivery timings and warrant to act within our means to notify you the soonest possible of any delays or difficulties, you acknowledge that you will, at no point in time, hold homee.my liable for any inconvenience, losses, damages, injury, charges, expenses and/or deaths that may arise from any delayed, postponed, incomplete or unfulfilled deliveries.
ANY GOODS SOLD IS NOT RETURNABLE, REFUNDABLE OR EXCHANGEABLE.
Though rare, there is a possibility of manufacturing defects or even furniture being damaged during transportation. Should you detect any damage or defects for example dimension tolerance, knocks dent or cracks please inform us within 24 hours at 016-2227977. You have the right to reject the merchandise except clearance/1 SET OFFER products.
